Pricing questions

What counts as a "monitored vendor"?
A monitored vendor is a vendor profile that TrustVendor actively watches — fetching their trust centre, subprocessor page, status page, and other sources on a scheduled basis. Vendors in the public graph that you have not added to your workspace do not count toward your limit.
Can I change tiers mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. If you exceed your vendor limit, we will notify you and provide a 14-day grace period before requiring an upgrade.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Starter tier includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can add up to 10 vendors during the trial period.
What is the Vendor Pulse API pricing?
The API is priced at $0.40–1.20 per resolved vendor per month depending on volume, plus a platform fee. A free resolve endpoint is available so integration is frictionless before committing. Contact us for platform partnership pricing.
Do you offer nonprofit or startup discounts?
Yes. We offer 30% discounts for registered nonprofits and startups with under $2M ARR who are accepted into our early-stage program. Contact us for details.
